With multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tapped holes, this top plate will accept many standard accessories from magic arms to cold shoe adapters. The U-shape of the plate allows for the original camera handle to remain mounted while the non-flush design prevents over-tightened screws from puncturing the top of the camera casing.
