How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

  2. Fill out the warranty request form
  3. Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred)
  4. Ship it to our service center (we cover return shipping)

Once received, our team will inspect the product and process repairs/replacement within 7–14 business days.

General Warranty Terms

  • Warranty is non-transferable (valid only for the original purchaser).
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
  • We may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
  • Data loss risk: Backup your files before sending for repair.
