How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

- Fill out the warranty request form
- Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred)
- Ship it to our service center (we cover return shipping)
Once received, our team will inspect the product and process repairs/replacement within 7–14 business days.
General Warranty Terms
- Warranty is non-transferable (valid only for the original purchaser).
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
- We may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Data loss risk: Backup your files before sending for repair.
